We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is a problem, contact orders@stefanvictorious.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Change-of-mind returns
For standard, non-personalised items ordered online, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in suitable condition for resale.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Custom or personalised items
Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
How to request a return
To request a return, email orders@stefanvictorious.com with your name, order details, and the reason for the return.
